What we keep, and for how long
Your uploaded audio is kept for 24 h, then permanently deleted. Generated summaries are also kept for 24 h. After that, no media data is retained. We do not train any AI model on your inputs or outputs.

How files travel and rest
Files are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). They stay in your protected session until processing finishes, then deletion runs. The connection is the same standard banks and online services use.
Where your data lives
All data is hosted in Europe, every customer, every plan. Aligned with GDPR by default.
How accounts are protected
No password to remember. To sign in, you receive a one-click link in your email. The link is single-use and expires after 15 minutes. Each team has its own space, and only owners can transfer that role to someone else.

EnClair is built by H2V Solutions, an EU-based company, and aligned with GDPR / RGPD: minimal collection, explicit retention, deletion within 24 h, EU-region storage.
Reporting an issue
Spotted something that looks like a security flaw, or have a compliance question? Write to security@enclair.ai. If you tell us privately first so we can fix it, we are happy to credit you publicly afterward. In the event of a breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we notify you within 72 hours, per Article 34 GDPR.
