Privacy & GDPR
Is EnClair GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Your audio is kept for 24 h, then permanently deleted. Generated summaries are also kept for 24 h. No media data is retained beyond that. EnClair is hosted in Europe and aligned with the requirements of the GDPR.
Do you train models on my data?
No. Your inputs and outputs are not used for model training, by us or by the AI providers. Audio and summaries are deleted after 24 h.
Teams & invitations
Can I manage a team on EnClair?
Yes. Create your team and invite members by email, they receive an invitation to join your team. Credits are shared at the team level: everyone contributes from and consumes the same balance. An EnClair account belongs to a single team at a time; if you need to join another team without leaving yours, create a secondary account using an email alias (e.g. name+team2@domain.com).
What happens to summaries when I leave a team?
Summaries belong to the team. When you leave a team, you lose access; the team retains its history.
Billing & plans
How does billing work?
Pick a monthly or annual plan: Starter €19/mo (€199/yr), Pro €49/mo (€499/yr), Enterprise €99/mo (€999/yr). Annual saves up to 15%. If you need more credits than your plan includes, buy top-up packs from your team, valid for one year.
How is a credit cost calculated?
The credit cost depends on the AI model selected, shown up-front before you confirm the run. A run on Claude Opus 4.7 costs more than the same run on ChatGPT 5.4.
Are top-up credits transferable?
Top-ups belong to the team, not the individual member, and they remain available to any team member who runs a summary.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing page; access continues until the end of the current period.
Do you offer annual invoicing?
Annual billing is available on every plan. Download invoices directly from your team.
Product & models
Which file formats are supported?
EnClair accepts MP3, MP4, M4V, and WAV. Up to 5 files per session. Long-form content is the default, not an exception.
Which AI models can I use?
Pick one or more models per run, Claude Opus 4.7, Claude Sonnet 4.6, ChatGPT 5.4. After the run, EnClair makes one summary per executed model available for temporary download.
Can I combine multiple files into one summary?
Yes. Drop several recordings into a single session and EnClair returns one coherent summary, ideal for multi-part lectures, long meetings split across files, or podcast series.
Is the UI available in French?
Yes. EnClair ships with full English and French support, interface, generated summaries, billing notices, and legal documents.
Security & access
How does authentication work?
Passwordless: a magic link is sent to your email and is enough to sign in. The same flow handles invitations, sign-up, and sign-in.
How do I report a vulnerability?
Email security@enclair.ai. Responsible disclosure is welcome and credited.
